Refund policy

Pat&Lily, LLC ("we" or "us") has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt.

To start a return, please contact us at customerservice@patandlily.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.  Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. 

We do not accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

Lost or damaged items
Pat&Lily is not responsible for lost or damaged items.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded in the form of store credit within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customerservice@patandlily.com.
